We ship & deliver artworks right at your doorstep in India, through reputed courier agencies only. 
Once your order to purchase artwork is confirmed , we assess the freight as per the weight & volume of 
the parcel, any canvass roll can be shipped in hard exportable tubes, but artworks with frames to go in 
wooden boxes will go in dimensional weight which may vary as per size & as per destination.

Freight, insurance for transit: charges are all included in the shipping cost we assess, which can then be 
added to your purchase price for Total amt.

Original works of art are shipped, fully insured, and professionally packaged .TRACKING- will be mailed by our 
office once parcel leaves.

Delivery-15 business days from the date of your order to your delivery date

International 

We Kolor obsession normally deliver the product in India only, if you wish to deliver at location other than India, you can undertake customs clearance yourself or through a third party appointed by you, please note the following:

1. All items will be considered delivered not at the shipping address in your order details but at the customs location 
   at the destination country.

2. Your purchase will be considered delivered once the relevant documents for self clearance are handed over by our 
   logistics carriers to you/your appointed agent.

3. Kolorobsession is not responsible for the storage or any damage to the painting(s) after the handover of documents 
   to you/your appointed broker and while pending customs clearance.

4. Kolorobsession is not responsible for any delays caused during customs clearance.

5. Kolorobsession will not be liable for the condition of your purchase once they reach you after custom clearance.
